e-Signings:
This is when a document is sent to another party to have them electronically sign via DocVerify. For example, a non-disclosure agreement can be sent to another person in order to have them review it online, and then sign it with DocVerify in one or two easy steps.
e-Notarizations:
This is when the document is electronically signed usually in the presence of a notary, and then at the same time it is also electronically notarized by the notary using DocVerify. The document is either uploaded by the notary or sent as a notary request to the notary for notarization using DocVerify.
Remote e-Notarizations:
Remote e-Notarizations allow documents to be notarized via a web cam session where the parties are not physically present, but are in two different locations. When this post was created, only the state of Virginia allows remote notarizations.
