Phone Verify
VeriVoice connects the signer's specific mobile or direct line number to the individual for the purposes of authenticity and non-repudiation.

Voice Recording
DocVerify's voice recording biometric system works in conjunction with VeriVoice. After the signer's phone number has been verified, he/she will be asked to say their name or a special phrase. This recording is then fingerprinted for integrity and embedded in the document.

How It Works

When initiated, DocVerify will call the recipient.
Recipient listens to prompts, and hits certain keys on their keypad when instructed.
The last step requires the recipient to clearly say their first and last name, which is recorded and attached to the document.
