The DocVerify system works with credits, and every time a new transaction is created that usually counts as one credit. Each edition gets a certain number of credits per month, and you can add more licenses to increase those monthly credit limits.
The following shows when you might get charged a credit from different places.
Every time you attach a document, select recipients, and click the submit button that usually counts as one credit.
Every time someone clicks the submit button from the form where the form is linked to DocVerify it counts as one credit.
Every time a new transaction is created, where a document is selected, recipients are selected, and you choose to send it for signature to DocVerify. It counts as one credit as soon as DocVerify receives it from SFDC.
Every time the Easy Sign page loads for the signer to review and sign it counts as one credit; however, if the Easy Sign was initially triggered from the API and not from the page load then the credit is charged when the API request was received.
Every time DocVerify receives a request to create a new transaction such as a new esign document, it counts as one credit.
