We're a small nonprofit and have been using DocVerify for almost a year now. We selected them after trying out RightSignature and some other provider I can't remember. RS claimed to integrate with Salesforce and tanked right out of the gate. Their tech support was so bad they didn't even call me back. Hundreds of signatures later, DocVerify just keeps getting better, the integration with Salesforce is even tighter, and the tech support is insane! Prompt, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. They've even poked around in my SF organization looking for glitches that turned out to be largely user error. At this price only a lunatic would find anything to complain about. Great product, great people.

Since the bigger players in this space are not interested in smaller customers (i.e. only a handful of users), if you are a small or mid-sized business looking to make the move to electronic signatures, take a look at DocVerify first...you may not get the fancy iPad app and the big name brand, but you will get Salesforce integration at a great price from people who are happy to take your phone call and help you get up to speed.

We've just implemented DocVerify at our company to help us with document change order approvals and are starting to use it for contract routing as well, and we love it!!
