The Unique ID property is a pass through with DocVerify for the first response when using the Easy Sign with the Webhook.

The purpose of the Unique ID is to allow you to also send an alphanumeric string with the new Easy Sign transaction where that string is returned back to you in the first Webhook call allowing your systems to consume it along with the new DocVerify ID. By doing this, your systems will know who the transaction belongs to in your own systems by allowing your system to make those associations easily.

The Unique ID is only passed one time with Webhook transaction that are "new" status. Because they are only passed once, it is best practices to save the new DocVerify ID's in your database that is associated with the Unique ID you created and sent from your systems. This way because Docverify will only send the DocVerify ID in the future, you will know who in your systems that DocVerify document belongs to.
