In some cases, you may want to send out a document, but you need to add text to the document such as an amount on the line or the person's name... whatever it may be.

This is easy to do, this is available only for new document uploads, and not templates.

1. Create a new e-signature document, if you need assistance please refer to how to send a document to be signed in the online help sections.
2. Make sure that signature placement option is also checked.
3. In the Signature placement page, drag and drop the Form Field element onto the page to the location where you want it to be written.
4. Right mouse click on the element, and enter your text in the box labeled "Text".
5. Click "Save"

Now when you click to send the document to be signed all the Form Fields you placed on the page with values will be written for the signer to sign.

It's that easy!
