When sending documents to be signed, there may be times where it may appear the signer did not receive the email because it went directly into their junk or spam folders. There are many reasons for this, but the most common reason is the signer has DocVerify blocked or at some point may have accidently marked the emails as spam.The best way to resolve this is to add DocVerify to the email whitelist of the receiving party.
