When new documents are sent for e-signatures the person receiving the documents may not click on the email right away, and therefore they need to be reminded.

DocVerify sends out one reminder every three days up to seven times. Each new e-signature request allows the signer to opt-out if they no longer wish to receive a reminder.

As the originator you can also manually send one reminder every 24 hours from the "Out to be Signed" tab in the contract management page.
