If an e-notary transaction is created with multiple documents, not all of the documents that are part of the transaction are required to be notarized, and the notary can apply the signature elements... then the short answer is you can.

If for example five documents are uploaded for that transaction as a packet, and only two need to be e-notarized, and the other three documents just need the signers signatures then the notary can do that as part of the same transaction; however, if those three documents need to be signed in advance or the notary is not needed for them then they must be part of an e-signature transaction without a notary to just be e-signed, and one transaction will consist of an e-notary, and the other transaction just e-signatures.
