Signers can use public internet connections such as a Starbucks, govt building such as a library or court, hotels, etc, but do keep in mind that these connections are public. We do not recommend anyone using them for many reasons. The most obvious is security, but these connections are also shared guest links, which means that the connections are unpredictable, they can drop intermittently, they are very limited, they are usually throttled, and because they are usually limited in bandwidth all it takes is for one person to be streaming a movie and that would affect everyone connected to it.

Using a public connection will most likely lead to frustration, dropped video causing the session to be started again in most cases, and we don't recommend it.
