How to ensure receipt of DocVerify emails

Add the following domain and email address to your address book:

Domain: docverify.com

Email address: auto@docverify.com



Allow or display images to ensure proper viewing:

Images can be enabled in most email programs by clicking on "Always allow (or display) images from auto@docverify.com" when prompted upon opeing the email. This will allow future images from DocVerify to be displayed without prompting.


Add DocVerify to your address book or "whitelist." Instructions for popular email clients are below:

Hotmail Subscribers:

 

  1. Click on the "Save Address" link in the toolbar of your browser.
  2. Check the "Add to Contacts" checkbox.
  3. Click "OK."

 

Yahoo, Verizon and SBC Subscribers:

 

  1. Click on the "Add to Address Book" link at the top of your browser (next to the From Address).
  2. Once the "Add to Address Book" window opens, enter any optional fields, and then click "Add to Address Book."
  3. A confirmation message at the top of your screen will indicate you have added auto@docverify.com to your Address Book.

    To allow or enable images:

  4. Click on "Mail Options" in the upper-right-hand corner of your browser.
  5. Click on "General Preferences" under the Personalization heading.
  6. Go to the Security section and uncheck the box marked "Block HTML Graphics in email messages from being downloaded."
  7. Click "Save" at either the top or bottom of your browser.

 

Gmail Subscribers:

 

  1. Click the drop-down arrow near the top of the email message.
  2. Click "Add docverify.com to Contacts list."

 

AOL Subscribers:

 

  1. Click on the "Add Address" icon at the top of your browser.
  2. Ensure auto@docverify.com is in the email field.
  3. Click "Save."

 

Comcast Subscribers:

 

  1. Click on the "Save Address" link at the top of the email (next to the From Address).
  2. Enter DocVerify in the First Name field.
  3. Click "Save Entry."

 

MSN Subscribers:

 

  1. Click on the "Save Addresses" link in the toolbar.
  2. Check the "Add to Contacts" checkbox.
  3. Click "Save."

 

SBCGlobal Subscribers:

 

  1. Click "Mail Options."
  2. Click "Filters."
  3. Click "Add Filter."
  4. In the top row, labeled "From header:" make sure "Contains" is selected in the pull-down menu.
  5. Enter auto@docverify.com
  6. At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select "Inbox" from the pull-down menu.
  7. Click the "Add Filter" button.

 

Earthlink Subscribers:

 

  1. Click "Add to Address Book" in the email header.
  2. Ensure auto@docverify.com is correct in the "Address Book Editor."
  3. Click "Save."

 

Juno/Netzero Subscribers:

 

  1. From your mailbox screen click on the "Address Book" tab.
  2. Next to the "Lists" tab, click the "Add new contact" link.
  3. Type in or paste auto@docverify.com into the "Email Address" block.
  4. Click "Save."

 

AT&T Subscribers:

 

  1. Click on the "Save Address" link (next to the From Address).
  2. Enter DocVerify in the First Name field.
  3. Click "Save."
