If you have an instance where some of the fields are populating, others are not, and you feel that everything has been configured probably it is more likely than not that the PDF may be malformed or the metadata embedded in it is either out of alignment or there is a layer that is affecting the populating of fields.

What we recommend doing is printing that PDF to another PDF so that it becomes a clean copy, and then importing the fields from the existing document or replacing the pages with the new clean PDF. It is also recommended to delete those fields in question, and to create them from scratch.

After you do that, and upload the new template into DocVerify it should work as expected if the PDF was the issue.
