E-Vault Overview

It's important that the contents, creator, and creation date of many documents can be verified. DocVerify's E-Vault service makes it easy to protect your documents against forgery, fraud, or the theft of your intellectual property.

Documents in the E-Vault are kept individually encrypted and secure within DocVerify's archives, and can only be viewed by those you authorize. Once your documents are stored, their contents cannot be changed. No one can alter or tamper them once they're time-stamped and processed.

	DocVerify's E-Vault system guarantees the content and upload date of all documents. With E-Vault you can have proof that documents were not switched or altered, and you know exactly when they were uploaded.

Documents secured with DocVerify are fully enforceable in court and compliant with E-Sign Act, UETA, and ESSA.
