Unlike other services that only offer one level of protection, DocVerify electronically notarizes every page within your files or documents with our exclusive patent pending 7 levels of protection.

Hackers are always one step behind and gaining using sophisticated methods like collision to gain access to your documents. DocVerify goes beyond simple fingerprinting to ensure the integrity of your electronic document when you need it most.

DocVerify protects you by:
  • Creating a unique DocVerify cover page
  • Individually e-notarizing every page.
  • Assigning a unique DocVerify ID for each document
  • Giving two uniue 256 bit digital fingerprints (hash) for authentication.
  • Giving two unique private/public key fingerprints (hash) for authenticity and integrity.
  • Individually bar coding every page with a unique barcode
  • Assigning a unique barcode to the document for authentication and identification purposes.
  • Digitally signing every document with a digital signature from a Trusted Certificate Authority such as Verisign®

Then, DocVerify time stamps your document to the second in coordination with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) assuring that your document was uploaded to DocVerify on the stated date, hour, minute, and second.

Every DocVerify document is also individually packaged and encrypted with encryption technologies similar to the Department of Defense keeping them safe within the DocVerify vault.
